Thank you for your interest in the Weitzman School of Design at the University of Pennsylvania. This application is for our master's, doctoral, and certificate applications.

High school and transfer students interested in undergraduate architecture, design, and fine arts programs should reach out to Undergraduate Admissions.

Deadlines for 2027 Enrollment

• October 30, 2026: Certificate applications for spring 2027 enrollment
• December 16, 2026: PhD in Architecture and PhD in City and Regional Planning
• January 6, 2027: Master of Architecture (M.Arch), MS in Architecture, MSD in Advanced Architectural Design (MSD-AAD), MSD in Environmental Building Design (MSD-EBD), Master in Environmental Building Design (MEBD), MSD in Property Development and Design (MSD-PDD), and MSD in Robotics and Autonomous Systems (MSD-RAS)
• January 13, 2027: Master of City Planning (MCP), Master of Landscape Architecture (MLA), Master of Urban Spatial Analytics (MUSA), Master of Fine Arts (MFA), MSD in Historic Preservation (MSD-HP), and MS in Historic Preservation (MSHP)
• February 1, 2027: Certificate applications for fall 2027 enrollment (Application will open January 1, 2027.)
